Hot Lunch Buffets

  • A minimum of 10 guests is required for a disposable set up with a $20 Tray & Chafer Fee.  It includes everything needed to serve the lunch, even disposable chafers! It is presented with a seasonal color scheme and includes disposable plates, napkins and cutlery. 
  • We also offer a full set up for groups of 25 guests or more.  This option includes items being displayed in baskets and in ornate chafers, with linen and fresh greenery for the buffet table.  A minimum of 25 guests is required for a full set up with a $100 Set Up and Retrieval Fee.
  • There is a mileage fee for all deliveries and it is based upon your location.  Downtown Louisville, New Albany and Jeffersonville are all a $20.  If you require a full set up fee, you will be charged a mileage fee for both delivery and retrieval.

 

*Please note, you may order a lunch buffet to be served for dinner, but here is a $2 per person charge to accommodate  larger portions.

Our homemade croutons layered with thyme sautéed spinach & mushrooms and eggs, topped with gruyere, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and baked until golden brown.  Comfort food doesn't get much better than this!

Broccoli, rice and seasoned baked chicken in a cramy cheesy mixture topped with seasoned bread crumbs and baked until bubbly and golden brown.  Served with our strawberry mandarin pecan salad, bread and dessert tray.
