The following menus are merely suggestions for your Open House and Networking Events. We can also custom design any menu to suit your taste. Menu price is for food only, and is based on a minimum of 40 guests for a 2 hour event. Tableware, decorative theme set up, delivery and personnel are all priced separately. For an added touch, select from our list wonderful Fruit Juice Spritzers to compliment your theme.

Amenities
Set Up, Delivery and Server Options for Special Events
Option I $95.00 + 2 mileage fees
Includes set up of buffet by 4:30 p.m. the day of the event and retrieval of equipment the next day at lunch. (Equipment must be rinsed by client and ready for pick up!)
Option II $150.00 + 2 mileage fees
Includes set up of buffet and retrieval of equipment that same evening, no more than 3 hours after the event start time. Equipment can be left soiled and TLC staff will pick it all up and take care of cleaning it at our kitchen!
Option III $170.00 + 1 mileage fee
Includes set up of buffet and one server for 3 hours. We do require a minimum of three hours for the server with 30 minutes allotted before the start time of the event and 30 minutes after the event for clean up. The server will take care of cleaning up the buffet, as well as assisting the guests or serving non-alcoholic beverages. (Bartenders for a full set up bar are available at $30 per hour with a three hour minimum! More information concerning the bar is outlined below.)
Set Up of an Hors d`oeuvre Buffet Includes:
Chafing dishes for 2 hot items are included in the set up fee. If you plan to serve more than 2 hot items, there will be an $18 rental charge per each additional chafing dish. The price also includes linen to the floor for one buffet table and colorful topper fabric in theme colors, fresh greenery and candles. If more than one buffet set up or multiple tables is required, there will be additional fees for linen.
General Notes:
All prices are based on events that are held within a 15 mile radius of our shop. Depending upon where the event is located, a higher mileage charges may incur.
After hour events during the week require a $500 minimum food order. Weekend events (Friday evening and Saturday) require a $2000 minimum food order and are subject to scheduling availability. We typically DO NOT deliver, set up or provide servers for Sunday events.
A 50% deposit may be due at booking to secure the date, with balance due the evening of the event. Any cancellations must be 30 days prior to event for full refund.
Tableware is not included in the menu prices. For cocktail parties, heavyweight disposable plates, napkins and cups are available or we can rent glass hors d`oeuvre plates and glass bar ware.

We have access to an endless list of rental items. We will gladly meet with you to determine your needs and make all of the necessary arrangements. Here are just a few of the more common requested items-

BAR OPTIONS
Terri Lynn`s Catering by Design, Inc. does not have a retail liquor license to sell liquor. We can, however provide licensed bartenders to serve the liquor which you have purchased and transported to the job site. The rate is $30 per hour per bartender with a minimum of 3 hours. This price includes a professionally uniformed bartender, bar towels and miscellaneous equipment such as bottle openers, stirs and napkins. Cups are not included because you may want glass, as opposed to disposable, and therefore we bill them separately. Clean ice for pouring of drinks is included in the bartender rate. Ice for chilling bottles of wine and kegs of beer is not included. We prefer that all alcohol be iced and ready to be served upon our arrival. However, we can provide this service for an additional $0.50 per guest.

All leftover product will remain property of Terri Lynn`s at the end of the event. Of course, we can also provide any special request items for your bar.
DECORATIONS AND FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS
We can design fresh floral arrangements for your event. A large centerpiece for the food table usually starts at $100 and can go as high as desired. We use decorative serving pieces in our food displays as well as fresh greenery and candles as part of our regular set up. Therefore, a centerpiece is not always needed. It just depends on your budget. Guest table decorations can also be provided.
