
PAYMENT POLICIES Terri Lynn's Catering by Design, Inc. accepts mastercard, visa and american express. We have a no signature required system, so it works best if you give us your card number when you place your order. We will process the payment the day of your event and your receipt will arrive with your order. We do offer terms of 7 days to our corporate clients. However, if your total invoice is greater than a $1000, we do require payment at delivery. DELIVERY POLICIES Lunch orders in New Albany, Clarksville and Jeffersonville Indiana as well as Downtown Louisville require a $75 minimum for delivery plus all orders are accessed a minimum of a $20 mileage charge. Depending on your location, the mileage charge may need to be even higher. Orders outside of New Albany, Clarksville, Jeffersonville and Downtown Louisville area are subject to approval. Minimum requirements and additional mileage fees will apply. Please remember, since we are a corporate caterer, our day begins quite early with breakfast deliveries. Therefore, we do have minimum food purchase requirements for anything that needs to be delivered after 4:30 p.m. (See below) We generally allow enough time in our delivery schedule to have our clients set up for lunch 15 minutes prior to the eating time. However, in an effort to service as many customers as possible, we may sometimes need to arrive a little earlier and in rare cases, slightly closer to the eating time. Clients in Downtown Louisville-
Minimum food purchase of $150 and set up by by 4:30 p.m.
(Anything set up with linen and equiptment will need to be retrieved the next day at
lunch)
Minimum food purchase of $500 for anything set up after 4:30 p.m.
(A server can be provided for an additional charge)
Clients in Southern Indiana-
Minimum food purchase of $150 and set up by 5:00 p.m.
(Anything set up with linen and equipment will need to be retrieved the next day at
lunch)
Minimum food purchase of $400 for anything set up after 5:00 p.m.
(A server can be provided for an additional charge)
Events on Friday & Saturday
Typically, Terri Lynn's does not cater on the weekend. Our primary focus is on corporate catering Monday thru Friday. We do make occasional exceptions for our regular clients.
Party Express Pick Up orders
Ideally, our Party Express items are designed to be picked up by 3 p.m. on Friday aftenoon. However, if you have a large order and minimum cold storage space, we will make exceptions. Usually a minimum food purchase of $500 and pick up by noon is what we are looking for. If you need a pick up time that is later, we will require a higher minimum.
We do not cater on Sundays!
