• Boxed Lunch sandwiches are prepared with the condiment on the side.  Most selections will include lettuce and tomato on the sandwich.
• Trayed sandwiches are prepared with the condiment on the sandwich. Menu cards are used to identify each selection. 
• Wraps must be made with the sauce on them.

TLC Bacon Club ham, turkey, bacon, cojak and swiss on a Parisian roll with lettuce, tomato and creamy dijon sauce

 

Slow Roasted Beef and Horseradish on a Parisian roll with lettuce & tomato

 

SIGNATURE CHICKEN & TUNA SALADS -

In a boxed lunch, these 3 items are served in a cup with our wheat berry bread on the side.  On tray buffet, these 3 items are served on a croissant. 

Terri Lynn`s Chicken Salad chicken breast marinated in white wine, olive oil and fresh rosemary and baked, then combined with celery, Hellman's mayonnaise, seasoned to perfection

Honey Almond Chicken Salad poached chicken combined with celery, honey, Hellman's mayonnaise and a touch or orange zest (This selection may not be available everyday!)

TLC Tuna Sensation (Please order a minimum of 2) white albacore tuna with celery, red onion, sweet pickle relish, boiled eggs and a touch of mayonnaise & dijon mustard

 

CHICKEN WRAPS-

Spicy Southwest Chicken Wrap baked southwest chicken combined with our special spicy sauce, cojak cheese, lettuce & tomato and rolled in a tomato tortilla   

Creamy Parmesan Chicken Wrap baked herbs de provence seasoned chicken combined with our creamy parmesan peppercorn dressing and rolled with shredded parmesan cheese, lettuce and sun dried tomatoes in a spinach tortilla wrap

 

VEGETARIAN SELECTIONS

Our Signature Roasted Red Pepper Hummus served on flat bread or in a wheat tortilla with veggies and lettuce & diced tomato

Black Bean Veggie Wrap with black beans, corn, rice, fresh garden veggies, lettuce, diced tomatoes, cojack cheese and salsa ranch dressing rolled in a spinach tortilla
